    Mula-tamat: 1.00pm-2.30pm
    – Setelah dilakukan format sebelum ini didapati semua file excel jadi corrupted dan tidak dapat di akses seperti biasa, malahan semua new excel file yang dibuat juga mengalami masalah yang sama…
    – Pc restart sendiri setelah dibuka selama +- 40 min…suspected RAM incompatability.
    – USB port mengalami masalah on mouse detections, tetapi kekadang ok…suspected mouse error.

    – berlaku sekali masalah pc restart sendiri.
    – dilakukan standard maintenance task.
