Onsite Server Troubleshooting

  • Remote assistant for fujitsu to troubleshoot  server at IPD kemaman.
    • internet connection failure due to server peripherals problem.
    • checking network cabling faulty.
    • problem solved once adonis is OFF and server is reset ( we assumed as a temporary solutions, before full troubleshoot is conducted by fujitsu representative).
