CQ40-102tu; BOOTMGR is missing, and broadband connectivity problem

Laptop BOOTMGR is missing, using installations dvd to restore windows and repair startup problem. After windows repaired we find that;

• display properties is missing.
• connections using celcom broadband usb drive changed and made windows unstable ( display become 8 bit) and unable to made connections.

• After discuss with clients we perform a full format and all problems solved.
